About the event
Do you ever just get overwhelmed emotionally & not know how to process all the emotion?
Join us as we learn how to deal with difficult emotions mindfully.
Emotional dysregulation can happen in your day-to-day life. For the first 40 minutes, we will be exploring mindfulness, the functions of different emotions & how to deal with and process difficult emotions. After this, we will have 20 minutes for a short Q&A session.
After this workshop you will be able to:
- Deal with & process emotions healthily
- Understand what your emotions are telling you
- Use various skills to regulate and be present with emotional distress.
- Be more mindful when you feel emotionally overwhelmed
